June 11 - 20, 2026 at The Isham Barn Theatre, Williston
The Isham Barn becomes the Globe this summer with the lush, romantic stage adaptation of the beloved multi Academy Award winning film, as Vermont Rep once again brings history to life with dazzling period costumes and settings.
The play is a joyful ode to comedic story-telling in Shakespeare’s unique style, complete with mistaken identities, gender-swapping, backstage drama, timeless romance, singing, dancing, and of course, a bit with a dog.

A sneak peek at…
Season 2027
First up is an immersive trip to the seedy world of Berlin, 1929, for the visceral and timeless musical, Cabaret. Directed by our Artistic Director, Michael Fidler, it promises to be a bold, haunting and intimate experience at Main Street Landing in February.
On the eve of the 1930’s, darkness seeps under every door as Sally Bowles desperately tries to keep the party alive at the Kit Kat Klub. Kander and Ebb fuse one of the greatest scores in musical theatre with a gritty and powerful story of the rise of fascism in Central Europe.
Enter the Kit Kat Klub… grab a drink, find a table, and let the Emcee and his friends take you on a theatrical journey you will not forget.
In June we will return to our classical roots for an enchanting and dreamy evening at the glorious Isham Barn with Shakespeare’s beloved tale of midsummer madness, A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The Legend of Sleepy Hollow meets O Brother, Where Art Thou in this visually stunning musical adventure, directed by Shakespeare veteran, Virginia Monte.
During this evening of mischief, music and magic an unsuspecting cast of lovers and fools ventures into a wooded unknown brimming with folklore, local legends and a cryptid or two. Surprises await as the American Folklore setting brings you along for a humorous, haunting and musical evening.
You won’t want to miss this supernatural theatrical spectacle the whole family will love. Join us as we keep Vermont weird and the Bard even weirder!
