Who we are

  • Kylie is a communications and marketing strategist living in Williston, Vermont. With a background in digital marketing, web design, and automation, she leverages art and technology to grow the Vermont Repertory brand and extend the performing arts community to a broad audience. For the past 15 years, she has worked on and off stage with various theatre groups across Vermont as both a performer and promoter. In addition to being one of the founding members of Vermont Repertory Theatre with a seat on the Board of Directors, Kylie is a passionate musician and singer, also serving as Vice Chair for Bella Voce Women’s Choir of Essex Vermont.

  • Chloe trained at the London School of Musical Theatre and the University of Warwick. She performed professionally in a wide variety of roles across the UK and Europe before starting a new life in Vermont. Personal highlights include creating the role of Jubilee Climax in the original production of Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens, lead vocalist in the European Tour of Fire of Dance, and being in the ensemble of the English National Opera’s Nabucco at London Coliseum. Since moving to VT, Chloe has continued to perform for Lyric Theatre, Vermont Stage and other local companies, as well as Vermont Rep. Recent favorite roles include Queen Alonsa in The Tempest and Mrs Lovett in Sweeney Todd.

  • Lyn is presently the VP of product design and development at Darn Tough Vermont.  While working on her design degree at Cornell University Lyn did costume design for the Savoyards at Cornell (Gilbert and Sullivan).  Back in Vermont, Lyn created costumes for several high schools, Stowe Theatre Guild along with more than 20 Lyric Theatre shows over the past 35 years. Designing for Vermont Rep is an opportunity to utilize her past costume experience as the base for unencumbered creativity, as demonstrated in her recent designs for The Tempest, Comedy of Errors, Spamalot, Sweeney Todd and The Miser.

  • Chris returned to his native Vermont in 2010, after years spent as a musician and actor in Chicago, New York, and Cincinnati. He has toured Europe and the United States with his band, The Essex Green, with whom he has released multiple albums over the years. As a performer, he played in the original production of Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens at the Edinburgh Festival in 1995 and went on to direct the infamous production at Pearl’s, here in Burlington. He recently reprised the role of Booby Shevalle at ArtsRiot exactly 25 years later, as well as roles in Vermont Rep’s inaugural production of The Comedy of Errors and the 2024 production of Spamalot . As a composer, Chris has written music his whole life, including composing the score for the musical, Fall For Me, which played the Edinburgh Festival in 1998, as well as innumerable tunes for the bands he has been associated with. When not on stage as an actor, he works in his basement studio, where he continues to develop his passion for songwriting, recording, and sound production.

  • Mike trained at the University of Kent in Canterbury with honors in Directing, and went on to study Stage Design at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. He spent twenty five years as a Creative Director, Production Manager and Lighting Designer in London’s theatre and event industries. Highlights include HRH Prince Charles’s 50th Birthday at Buckingham Palace, the Gala Opening of the Tate Modern, as well as lighting and producing shows featuring artists such as Elton John, Placido Domingo, One Direction, Adele and many more. He has toured Shakespeare through hundreds of theaters all over the UK, US and Europe, worked in every palace in London, and did indeed once meet the Queen. As a Creative Director, Mike has directed at the Edinburgh Festival on eight occasions, the most notable success being Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens, which went on to run three times in the West End and is now performed all over the world. Mike moved to Vermont with his family in 2014 and has directed Mamma Mia! and Miracle on Green Tree Drive for Lyric Theatre, Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens at ArtsRiot. He is a founding member of Vermont Repertory Theatre, as well as Artistic Director, and his directing credits at Vermont Rep include The Comedy of Errors, Hawkes and Handsaws, Spamalot, Sweeney Todd and Moliere’s The Miser. He will be directing Uncle Vanya and Shakespeare in Love for the 2026 Season.
